This is our dream home. We feel entirely blessed that not only do we have this gorgeous home, but the whole process was smooth and easy. We appreciate how every detail in the house was completed with the utmost craftsmanship and Justin was really able to listen to my wants and dreams and make them a reality.

It was important to us when selecting a builder to build our “forever home” that they expressed certain qualities. We spoke to a number of builders, and they all seemed decent people, but what drew us to JNC was Justin’s persistence and patience. In our initial meetings with Justin, we liked the fact that he wasn’t a salesman, his down to earth nature we felt made him easy to communicate with, something very important to us and we thought it would be a good partnership.
When you begin the process you have a lot of hope, you hope your builder will listen to you, you hope they get what you are trying to achieve and ultimately, you hope they will build you a good quality house. Our hopes were not disappointed, Justin said a number of times “Im building your house not mine” which we appreciated and affirmed to us we had made the right choice in selecting JNC.
I guess the ultimate test is whether you would choose the same builder again and we would say that Justin and Felice at JNC would be the first people we would call.

“JNC Building Services provided us with the ultimate experience in designing and building our dream home.
We had an idea of how we wanted the house to look – our 1930’s Federation style house – and they helped us realize our dreams and more.
We did a classic Mount Hawthorn reno – knocked the back off the house and extended to provide the Australian dream – a large open plan living dining kitchen with a superb al fresco and landscaped garden and pool area.
Justin and Felice provided us with a comprehensive quote, regular updates and superb tradies that executed the job to the highest standard.
We built a supportive working relationship that enabled us to discuss and agree on alterations to the plans and variations to the budget that have benefited the overall result in a positive way. We remained primarily on budget and were given the opportunity to agree with, or not, additional costs at every stage – something we greatly appreciated.
When there were issues, they were managed with professionalism and a calm attitude. JNC had to deal with a slow planning approval process, but they also had to contend with a difficult and obstructive neighbour. This was stressful for everyone, but also disruptive for the builders and their teams. However, to their credit, and our relief, they were able to navigate the situation with the professionalism that enabled us to move back into our dream home with confidence and the assurance that all the difficulties had been handled and our needs were all met to 100% satisfaction.

JNC Building Services did an amazing job turning our 3X1 into a spacious 4X2. Being a family business Felice and Justin were very personable and easy to get along with and both worked really hard to ensure the house was built to design, budget and schedule. Justin is a perfectionist and his experience and ownership of the job is reflected in the detail of our house. The sub-contractors that JNC used were very professional and respectful that the construction site was actually still our home. Our house is now everything we dreamed it would be and we could not be happier with the outcome. If we ever renovate or extend again we will definitely use JNC.
